Section 12
No Liability of Nepal Government or Bank
(1) After the bank nominates the owner in accordance with this Act, no case can be filed against the Nepal Government or the bank in any court regarding that nomination.
(2) This Act Accordingly, no case can be filed against the government of Nepal or the bank in any court for the payment of the bond by the bank.
